How does Neatly work with Google Drive?
Your privacy and security is very important to us. That's why Neatly's access to your Google Drive is limited to only the files you add to Neatly. Additionally, deleting files in Neatly will not delete them from Google Drive.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
You will start being billed the monthly fee at the end of the 14 day free trial for the Team plan. The billing is done at the beginning of each 30 day period and starts once the free trial is over.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel your paid plan or reduce the number of paid users at any time. The downgrade will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
What does the Team plan offer that the free Personal plan does not?
The Team plan provides you with Neatly's full feature set. It's recommended to take advantage of the Team plan's 14 day free trial and to invite your colleagues to join your Neatly account. Together you can privately share files, collaborate with Neatly's project management feature, and create file hubs (i.e.. categories) to be used by your entire team or organization.
